You are in for a treat! Our Country Sausage Garlic Cheese Biscuits and Gravy is home cookin at its best! This dish is a great combination of breakfast sausage gravy and our famous garlic cheese biscuits topped with a heaping dollop of breakfast sausage. To make our gravy, we start with premium pork sausage and season it with an exquisite blend of Tony Chachere’s, our house seasonings, black pepper, aromatic fresh sage, and a touch of maple syrup. We render the rich pan drippings with real butter, flour, and buttermilk to make a scrumptious base and then slow cook to immerse all the fantastic flavors. Our garlic cheese biscuits are homemade with real buttermilk and cheddar cheese, topped with a heaping dollop of savory pork breakfast sausage, and baked in the oven. Prepare to savor every moment of this breakfast of champions that will leave you craving more.
