Mindful Sodium Meals
Our Mindful Sodium Meals have been designed with your health in mind. For those keeping an eye on their sodium intake, these meals contain fewer than 650 mg of sodium per serving, helping you to stay under The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommended sodium intake. Salt is not the only ingredient that brings flavor to a meal and that is why we have loaded each entrée with plenty of herbs and spices to pack a flavorful punch. Whether recommended by a doctor or part of your path to healthier eating, our Mindful Sodium Meals are a great fit for anyone working to reduce their sodium consumption.

High Protein Meals and Hearty Meals
Protein is a nutrient powerhouse serving a wide array of functions, from muscle repair and fluid balance to enzyme production. Understanding how important protein is inspired us to create a line of High Protein Meals that each contains at least 30 grams of high-quality protein per serving. Not only is protein important to nearly every cell in your body, but this nutrient also has the highest satiety value of all the macronutrients, keeping you full, satisfied and energized throughout the day. Our High Protein Meals will also help contribute to your daily need of iron, zinc and B12, three essential nutrients most often associated with animal protein. Lower Carb Meals

To meet those preferences, we have developed our Lower Carb Meals that each contain fewer than 35 grams of carbs per serving. You can expect hearty proteins, healthy fats and plenty of veggies while helping you stick to a lower carb lifestyle. Whether trying to shed a couple inches or keeping a close eye on blood sugar, our Lower Carb Meals can help you meet your goals.

Lower Gluten Meals
Gluten is a hot topic within nutrition and we understand many people try to limit their consumption, whether by choice or out of necessity. For those wanting to limit their gluten intake, we created our Lower Gluten Meals to suit your needs. While we are not a certified gluten-free facility, you can expect these meals to contain gluten-free ingredients, like lean proteins and veggies as well as gluten-free sauces and starches, like sweet potatoes. If you find you feel better with a little less gluten in your life, our Lower Gluten Meals are made for you!

Lower Fat Meals
Healthy fats, like those found in olive oil and salmon, can provide a lot of nutritional benefit, but we understand many individuals prefer to monitor their total fat intake. While this may benefit some medical conditions, and others may choose to do so to watch their weight, we have designed our Lower Fat Meals with fewer than 10 grams of fat per serving. Don’t worry; lower fat doesn’t have to mean flavorless. You’ll find these meals to be plenty flavorful with spices, herbs, sauces and hearty portions of protein and vegetables.

If you have a medical diagnosis requiring a custom diet or have food allergies, require a gluten-free diet, you should consult your doctor before enjoying our meals.

Food Allergy Notice

Though best practices are used when preparing meals, our kitchen environment does contain milk, eggs, fish (e.g., bass, flounder, cod), Crustacean shellfish (e.g., crab, lobster, shrimp), tree nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans), peanuts, wheat, soybeans, sulphur dioxide, sulphites, sesame. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or gluten. Nutrition does not include sauces, condiment packets, salt, pepper, seasoning packets.

Although many menu items are made with gluten-free ingredients, we are not a gluten-free facility. Our production facility has processes in place to minimize cross-contamination however we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. If you have a medical diagnosis requiring a custom diet or you have food allergies, requiring a gluten-free diet or a diet free of allergens including MSG, you should consult your doctor before enjoying our meals.  Some menu items such as steaks are prepared rare. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, eggs or unpasteurized milk may increase your risk of food-borne illness. If you have allergies, please do not order the product: A Taste of Front Porch Pantry. These boxes are designed on the top selling products on the menu.

Will my meals look like the photograph on the website?

Our meals are packaged rather than plated. The photographs on our website are a reflection of a plated dinner. We strive to continue to make our meals more healthy. This may require a change of ingredients which will not be reflected in the photograph. It is suggested to always check the ingredients of each meal. Some meals are featured as plated family style. It is suggested to always check the nutrition to determine the exact portions sizes. 


What areas does FPP service?

Currently, we provide meal service to the entire state of Texas,  Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. We utilize our FPP drivers and FedEx to ship. Please select your desired ship date at checkout. DFW areas are shipped by FPP drivers or one of our DSP's and delivered on the selected ship date. We try to stretch our local delivery to outlying areas if possible. You may also select "I will PICK up my order" to pick you order up on your desired pick up day. We will hold your order up to two days after the date selected. We do not hold pick up orders after two days of the selected pick up date. Orders that are not picked up are not refundable. Please note that pickup orders are subject to Front Porch Pantry's terms and conditions. Pickup orders that do not meet the equivalent purchase amount of an entree could be subject to a processing fee. Please email us at contact@frontporchpantry.com with any questions.
All other locations are shipped via FedEx or UPS (one to two day delivery depending on your area). Your package is delivered in a cooler box on ice packs and dry ice in some instances (delivered before 8:00 PM).
Inclement weather can delay a shipment. Front Porch Pantry is not responsible for inclement weather delays. Our driver’s safety is a high priority. In the event of inclement weather, Front Porch Pantry reserves the right to deliver your order on the next available safe travel day. Cancellations cannot be made for inclement weather beyond our control.  An email and/or a text will be sent once the order is on the way.
Orders with a subtotal (before applicaple taxes, tip, and delivery fee) of over $75 in the local DFW area are free of delivery charge. Orders under the subtotal of $75 and over $25 in the DFW local delivery area have a delivery fee of $9.95 - $16.95. Orders under the subtotal of $25 in the local DFW area have a flat delivery fee of $19.95.

Delivery fees for orders shipped via FedEx or UPS vary upon order amount, zip code / remote location.


What makes Front Porch Pantry menu options special?

We start by hand selecting only the freshest ingredients. We take pride in providing high-quality meals made with premium ingredients . Each meal is made from scratch and prepared in our kitchen.

Is the process easy?

Yes, it is simple! Front Porch Pantry will post weekly menus with breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. Our menu changes every week. Click on each menu item to view portions, descriptions, ingredients, nutritional values, and heating instructions. Determine what you want and simply add them to your cart!

How do I get started?

Ordering your meals is easy! Click on the menu link and add desired items to your cart. When checking out, select your ship date and enter your billing and shipping information. 

When do you change your menu?

We update our menu every week. Top selling menu items remain on the menu every week. We reserve the right to make a comparable substitution without notice. Our menu changes every Friday evening at midnight.

Lifestyle Boxes

Our Lifestyle Boxes is a weekly meal subscription service. The Lifestyle Boxes are filled with premium meals at discounted prices. We reserve your box upon placing your orders, your credit card is charged on the first order, and weekly there after regardless of the day you select to have your meals shipped. Your subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time for future orders. Orders that have been placed cannot be cancelled or refunded. Prices are subject to change for inactive, paused, or cancelled subscriptions. Meal selection are based on a variety of proteins and recipes. 


How far in advance do I place my order?

The high demand for our service and required logistics may require longer lead times. We delivery locally Sunday through Wednesday in a cooler tote. FedEx/UPS orders ship Monday and Tuesday and are delivered Tuesday through Friday in a cooler box. Holidays may alter service days. FedEx service may take 1 -3 days in transit depending on your zip code.


When can I expect my meal delivery?

We ship Sunday (local DFW area only), Monday (all of Texas,  Oklahoma, Louisiana, & Arkansas), Tuesday (all of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, & Arkansas). Your shipping method at checkout is the carrier used. Local DFW orders are delivered on the ship date selected between 7:00am & 6:00pm. FedEx orders are delivered in 1 to 3 days depending on zip codes. We strive to deliver all orders before 6:00 PM. FedEx delivers before 8 PM.

Will my food be frozen?

All items are freshly prepared, packed, and delivered in a cooler box with ice packs to ensure freshness. Some items are delivered slightly frozen for cold packaging. FedEx and UPS orders are shipped with dry ice during the summer months (dry ice can freeze meals).You need to refrigerate your meals immediately upon recipt. 

Will I have to put anything together? 

Front Porch Pantry Meals are fully cooked and ready to enjoy! All items are heat and eat! Meals can be ready in 3 minutes or less. Some menu items are served with sauce or condiments on the side in order to compliment the flavor of the entrée or garnish a sandwich. Remove all condiments before heating. Steaks are served rare.

Preparation for entrees are:

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. Heat to 165 degrees. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

 

What kind of Serving Size can I expect?

Front Porch Pantry strives to deliver generous portions. Each meal is served in a microwavable and oven-able tray measuring 8.25" X 6.25". Trays vary in size and depth. Serving sizes may contain more than one serving and up to two servings per container. Serving sizes are listed under the nutrition tab at each product level. Serving sizes are based on our nutritionist's recommendations as well as the American Heart Association’s publications. Protein, starch, and vegetables ratios vary by meal and are based on the variety within each meal. These ratios are based on on our nutritionist's recommendations, the American Heart Association’s publications, and balanced nutrition.

Our menu offers two portion and one portion meals. The total weight (in grams) can each meal can be found on our website. The nutrition and weight are at the product level. Simply click on the photograph, then click on the nutrition tab. Our single-portion meals range from 12 -16 ounces. Our two-serving meals range from 23-31 ounces. Lower Carb meals my range from 17-20 ounces.

How long are my menu items good for?

Our meals have a use by / freeze by date if they are kept sealed. Once a seal has been removed the meal should be consumed within 24 hours.

Can I freeze my menu items?

Yes! You can freeze most items, with the exception of items with fresh greens such as lettuce or arugula.

How does my order stay cold and fresh during transit?

DFW: Our drivers deliver your menu selections in insulated packaging with cold packs that last up to 12-24 hours, depending on temperature. You will be notified by email or text when our drivers deliver your box. Your order must be refrigerated upon arrival.

Outside Of DFW: Your order is packed in an insulated box with cold packs with multiple cold packs and dry ice. We pack your box with enough dry ice and cold packs to last 72 hours in transit. Note that your food is shipped fresh, not frozen, but some meals may become a bit icy due to the dry ice. Your meals should be cool to the touch when they arrive.  Your order must be refrigerated upon arrival.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality and taste of my meals?

Important Details:
Refunds, if applicable, can only be issued once an order is fulfilled and will be credited to the original payment method. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Cancelling an order

All sales are final. We do your grocery shopping immediately once your order is placed. Due to the perishable nature of the ingredients we use, we cannot accept cancellations. To edit your order please contact us at: contact@frontporchpantry.com. Orders must be edited prior to Saturday at noon for the week to your delivery time.

Coupon codes and how to use them? 

Coupon codes are applied at the checkout screen. When you are at the checkout screen, there will be a box above the subtotal for you to enter your code. Coupons are limited to one per order and cannot be combined with loyalty point redemptions. 

We love offering coupons! Our goal is to keep you coming back again and again. All coupons can only be used once per customer. FPP reserves the right to limit one coupon per customer, per household, and per delivery location. (Note: coupon codes are limited to one use per household.)

Coupons, free product promotions, and special offers are subject to Front Porch Pantry's terms and conditions. Restrictions and exclusions apply. All promotions and special offers require the purchase of an entree or the equivalent purchase amount of an entree. This includes but is not limited to Sweet Saturday promotions. 

Do you offer new customer discount coupons?

Who is eligible to use new customer discount coupons?
Our new customer discount coupons are explicitly intended for first-time customers who have not previously placed an order with Front Porch Pantry.

Can a new customer coupon be used more than once?
No, new customer coupons are limited to one use per household. They are designed as a one-time promotional offer to introduce new customers to our products and services.

What happens if I use a new customer coupon more than once?
Orders placed using a new customer coupon that do not comply with our terms and conditions may not be processed or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel such orders to ensure fairness for all customers.

I accidentally used the coupon more than once. What should I do?

Can I make special requests?

Due to our chef's recipes, we cannot guarantee all special requests are possible. Please type your special request in the comments section when placing your order. Front Porch Pantry reserves the right to refuse certain requests. Although many menu items are made with gluten-free ingredients, we are not a gluten-free facility. We cannot ensure that cross-contamination will never occur. Our production facility has processes in place to minimize cross-contamination, however, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. Do I need to tip?

Tipping is completely optional. We value our customers and their preferences, and we understand that tipping should always be an optional and voluntary gesture. Our commitment to providing exceptional service remains unchanged. We wholeheartedly respect one’s choice to tip or not, as we believe in creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. Tips are shared exclusively with our team of order processors, pickers, packers, routers, and delivery drivers who all work together to ensure your experience is nothing short of excellence.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Once an order is shipped, you have a 24 hour claim policy from receipt of goods (due to the nature of perishable goods).

In order to make a claim you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. which includes the valid order number in which the order was placed. All claims must be made in writing. To start a claim, you can contact us at contact@frontporchpantry.com. If your claim is accepted, we will send you an email with details for how your claim is being resolved.

Gift cards are not refundable. Gift cards cannot be recreated if lost. Our associates do not have access to gift card codes. Gift card codes are treated as cash and cannot be duplicated. Gift cards cannot be applied after an order is submitted and/or confirmed. The recipient of the gift card must redeem the gift card code prior to submitting an order.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. After you contact us, we can evaluate the issue for resolution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept the return of perishable products. If your claim is approved, we will replace, issue a gift card, or refund the claim. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Due to the nature of our changing menu, some items are not available for replacement. In this event, a similar item can be substituted.

All sales are final. We do your grocery shopping immediately once your order is placed. Due to the perishable nature of the ingredients, we use, we cannot accept cancellations. Cancellations cannot be made for inclement weather, acts of God, or forces beyond our control. 

Changes to Delivery Policy

All sales are final due to planning and logistics. Requested changes to delivery date must be emailed to: contact@frontporchpantry.com 

Order Fulfillment

We do not guarantee the availability of products. Orders are fulfilled while supplies last. We reserve the right to short an order, allocate product, and adjust orders accordingly.

Sustainability & Recycling

Front Porch Pantry is committed to finding innovative ways to do more with less. We are helping to drive sustainability efforts and build resilience by thinking about our resources in a way that promotes the environment and our community.

Front Porch Pantry’s cooler totes are the perfect way to recycle. Please participate in our reverse logistics program by promoting global citizenship, and sustainability by recycling your totes.

Instructions for tote recycling:
Please fold the bags flat and leave them out for your driver to pick up on your next scheduled order delivery date. Please Note: We do not schedule pickups for totes and/or bags without a scheduled delivery and we will not pick up ice packs for recycling.

Instructions for ice packs:
Disposal: While Glacier Ice packs are non-toxic, they are not 100% drain-safe and could cause a clog. Simply cut the corner and pour the gel into the trash or spread in an isolated area of the yard or garden where pets do not have access, then dispose of the rinsed film in a recycle bin. Note that Glacier Ice gel is 99.5% water and will dehydrate to .5% of its weight. Whole gel packs may be disposed of in your waste bin according to local and state laws.

Reuse: Gel packs may be rinsed clean and stored in household freezers to be used in lunch boxes or ice chest to keep perishables cold. 

Loyalty Program
