Front Porch Pantry is a Dallas based online gourmet meal marketplace. Order delicious, fully cooked meals made from scratch. We deliver right to your front porch. Enjoy eating gourmet meals in your home even if you’re too busy to cook or don’t have the time to grocery shop!

It is simple! We make your life easier! We do the cooking and deliver it right to your door! Our meals have been created from years of experience, a wide variety of backgrounds, and extraordinary taste buds. We combine our knowledge of nutritional science and culinary excellence to prepare our delicious well-balanced meals. Made only from the freshest ingredients, your weekly selections are prepared, cold-packed and delivered right to your front porch. Order online, receive your weekly selections, heat, and enjoy! What could be easier? We tag our menu: Gluten Free, Low Sodium, Low Fat, Heart Healthy. Although gluten-free entrees are made with gluten-free ingredients, we prepare them in a factory with gluten.

Food Allergy Notice
Though best practices are used when preparing meals, our kitchen environment does contain nuts and gluten so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens. Nutrition does not include sauces, condiment packets, salt, pepper, seasoning packets.
What areas does FPP service?
Currently, we provide meal service to the entire state of Texas. We utilize our FPP drivers, LSO and FedEx to ship. Please select your desired ship date at checkout. DFW areas are shipped by FPP drivers and delivered on the selected ship date. We try to stretch our local delivery to outlying areas if possible. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. All other locations are shipped via Lone Star Overnight or FedEX (one to two day delivery depending on your area). Your package is delivered in a cooler box (delivered before 8:00 PM).
Inclement weather can delay a shipment. LSO will keep orders in the cold chains. Front Porch Pantry is not responsible for inclement weather delays.
An email and/or a text will be sent once the order is on the way.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your zip code. Most DFW zip codes are free for orders over $75, Our shipping for orders over $25 and outside of local zips ranges from $9.95 to $16.95 based on zip codes. All orders under $25 are $19.95
What makes Front Porch Pantry’s menu options special?
We start by hand selecting only the freshest ingredients. We take pride in providing high-quality protein, low-glycemic carbohydrates and heart-healthy menu options. Selected meals are produced using such ingredients as hormone and antibiotic-free, 100% organic, gluten-free, and GMO free.
Is the process easy?
Yes, it is simple! Front Porch Pantry will post weekly menus with breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. Our menu changes every week. Click on each menu item to view portions, descriptions, ingredients, nutritional values and instructions to reheat. Determine what you want and simply add them to your cart!
How do I get started?
Ordering your meals is easy! Click on the menu link and add desired items to your cart. When checking out, select your ship date and enter your billing and shipping information.
When do you change your menu?
We update our menu every week. Top selling menu items remain on the menu every week. If you order for a ship date further than one week out, some menu items might not be on the weekly menu for your desired ship date. We reserve the right to make a comparable substitution without notice.
How far in advance do I place my order?
Place your order early to secure your delivery, our order deadline for the upcoming week is Sunday at midnight. We reserve the right for an earlier deadline to maintain a high level of service. The high demand for our service and required logistics may require longer leads times. We delivery locally Monday through Thursday in a cooler tote. LSO delivers Tuesday through Friday in a cooler box. Holidays may alter service days.
When can I expect my meal delivery?
We ship Sunday (local DFW only), Monday, (all of Texas), Tuesday (all of Texas), Wednesday (all of Texas). Your shipping method at checkout is the carrier used. Local DFW orders are delivered on the ship date selected LSO orders are delivered overnight. We strive to delivery all orders before 6:00 PM. LSO delivers before 8 PM
Can I change my order date?
Sunday deliveries can be changed up until 11:59PM on Friday. Monday deliveries can be changed up until 11:59PM on Saturday. Tuesday and Wednesday deliveries can be changed up until 11:59PM on Sunday
Will my food be frozen?
All items are freshly prepared, packed and delivered in a cooler box with ice packs to ensure freshness. Some soups are delivering slightly frozen for cold packaging. LSO orders are shipped with Dry Ice during the summer months; this can tend to freeze the meals.
You need to refrigerate your meals immediately. If you are not at home when the delivery driver arrives, we offer extra ice packs for sale on our website.
Will I have to put anything together?
Front Porch Pantry Meals are fully cooked ready to enjoy! All items are heat and eat! Some menu items are served with sauce or condiments on the side in order to compliment the flavor of the entrée or garnish a sandwich.
What kind of Serving Size can I expect?
At Front Porch Pantry we strive to deliver generous portions. Actual serving sizes may contain more than one serving and up to two servings per container.
How long are my menu items good for?
Perishable items are good for 5 days in the refrigerator. Salads should be eaten sooner. Dry items are fresh for up to 30 days or longer. Our meals are made fresh from scratch. We suggest 5 days shelf life, if kept in a refrigerator under 37 degrees Fahrenheit upon arrival. We do not guarantee shelf life or freshness if our meals are not refrigerated immediately. We suggest if you are not going to consume your meals within 3 days to freeze them.
Can I freeze my menu items?
Yes! You can freeze most items, with the exception of salads.
How does my order stay cold and fresh during transit?
Our drivers deliver your menu selections in insulated packaging with cold packs that last up to 12-24 hours depending on temperature. You will be notified by email or text when our drivers deliver your box. Your order must be refrigerated upon arrival.
What if I am not satisfied with the quality and taste of my meals?
If you are not completely satisfied, we will send you a replacement. Contact us at: email@example.com. Refunds can only be issued once an order is fulfilled and only to the original payment method. All claims must be made within 24 hours.
Give the perfect gift of comfort with a Front Porch Pantry E-Gift Card. Click on over to: https://frontporchpantry.com/products/gift-card. Use the drop-down menu to select increment denominations. Gift cards are not refundable. Gift cards cannot be recreated if lost. Our associates do not have access to Gift card codes. Gift card codes are treated as cash and cannot be duplicated. Gift cards cannot be applied after an order is submitted and/or confirmed. The recipient of the gift card must redeem the gift card code prior to submitting an order.
Cancelling an order
All sales are final. We do your grocery shopping immediately once your order is placed. Due to the perishable nature of the ingredients we use, we cannot accept cancellations. To edit your order please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders must be edited prior to Sunday @ noon for the week to your delivery time.
How do I use coupon codes?
Coupon codes are applied at the checkout screen. When you are at the checkout screen, there will be a box above the subtotal for you to enter your code. Coupons are limited to one per order.
Can I make special requests?
Due to our chef's recipes we cannot guarantee all special requests are possible. Please type your special request in the comments section when placing your order. Front Porch Pantry reserves the right to refuse certain requests.Although many menu items are made with gluten-free ingredients, we are not a gluten-free facility. We cannot ensure that cross-contamination will never occur. Our production facility has processes in place to minimize cross-contamination, however, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
Do I need to tip?
Tips are optional. All tips/gratuity are shared with all associates that help ensure your order is delivered with the highest quality. This includes order processors, pickers, packers, routers, and delivery drivers.

We do not guarantee the availability of products. Orders are fulfilled while supplies last. We reserve the right to short an order, allocate product, and adjust orders accordingly.
We love offering coupons! Our goal is to keep you coming back again and again. All coupons can only be used once per customer. FPP reserves the right to limit one coupon per customer, per email, per delivery location.

Front Porch Pantry’s Cooler Tote is a perfect way to recycle our resources. Participate in our reverse logistics program, promoting global citizenship, and sustainability by recycling your tote and ice packs. Simply leave your tote and ice packs on your porch and our drivers will pick up the totes and ice packs on the next scheduled delivery day. We do not make special trips to pick up totes. Totes are collected on scheduled delivery day only.
