You will love this new recipe simply "southern"! We brine our bone-in, skin on chicken breast then soak in buttermilk, lightly dredge in seasoned waffle flour then pan fry in canola oil just to crisp the outside. We finish cooking in the oven and serve with fresh buttered corn off the cob, homemade mashed potatoes.
Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE
