15 Bean Soup with Smoked Sausage

Preheat oven to 350°, bring to room temperature.  Heat for 15-20 minutes or until desired temperature is reached or microwave in thirty second intervals until desired heat is reached.

Beef, Pork, Beans: Northern, Pinto, Lima, Yelloweye, Garbanzo, Split Pea, Red and White Kidney, Cranberry, White, Pink, Navy, Red, Lentil, Black Bean, Canola Oil, Chicken Broth, Onions, Tomatoes, Cilantro, Parsley, Cumin, Chili Powder PREP: Remove lid slightly or lift to vent. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals until soup is heated thoroughly.

This is a nice and hardy soup. It had lots of sausage with tender beans all in a wonderful broth. It is on the thick side, so it is very filling.
