Grandma's Sunday Pot Roast, Hash Brown Casserole, Veggie Medley - NEW

Grandma's Sunday Pot Roast, Hash Brown Casserole, Veggie Medley - NEW

Sunday pot roast done the way grandmothers have always done it best: low, slow, and full of love.

We braise chuck roast as grandma would until it is completely fork-tender and falling apart, then smother it in a rich, old-fashioned onion gravy built from caramelized onions and hearty beef drippings. Alongside sits our creamy hash brown casserole, baked until golden on top and tender all the way through, with a colorful veggie medley of broccoli florets, sweet carrots, and English peas rounding out the plate.

This meal makes Sunday dinner feel achievable any night of the week, whether you are feeding a hungry family or just want something real after a long day. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

Pot roast was fantastic. The hash brown potatoes were kind of odd and I would have preferred just plain mashed potatoes. But I can’t complain too much.

We look forward to each FPP meal, knowing it will be delicious. This was no exception.

Very tasty but smothered in too much brown gravy.

I didn't like the small amount of roast or the overly cheesy hash brown casserole.

Great pot roast and the hash brown casserole was good even though I usually don’t like hash browns!
