Horrible delivery experience. First she gave us someone’s order instead of ours. Then once she finally answered her phone from customer service she went and got our order and delivered it to our home. I was outside waiting on her and watched her take my food out of HER TRUNK and there was no cooler. My food was warm and there was no way we are eating warm food that was to have been frozen.
Customer service didn’t care about this and after sending an email to the company, no one ever responded.
