A delicious large piece of Atlantic salmon is glazed in a sweet and savory teriyaki glaze, grilled to perfection, creating a caramelized glaze on the outside while keeping the fresh moist and tender center. Alongside the teriyaki salmon is a vibrant vegetable rice noodle stir fry. Colorful and crunchy vegetables, bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli florets are quickly stir-fried in a hot wok and tossed with rice noodles. The vegetables retain their crispness and natural flavors while absorbing the aromas of garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. This stir-fry provides a nutritious and flavorful complement to the salmon. Garnished with toasted sesame seeds, sliced scallions.
