    Our Taco Loaded Sweet Potatoes take your spuds to a whole new level. Our fresh sweet potatoes are baked and topped with butter, generously loaded with savory seasoned ground taco beef, pico de gallo, and topped with Mexican cheeses, sprinkled with green onions adding a burst of color and herbal notes. 

    Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove Condiments and Sauce containers.
    Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE 
    Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

    Very Interesting

    The sweet and savory flavors were very interesting together. Included with the sweet potato were 2 packages of sour cream and a small container of guacamole which added to the taco ground meat and seasonings. All in all an unusual combination but a tasty one. Not our favorite meal from FPP but I think I will reorder it. The potato was large and the meat topping was generous. Served 2 adults.
