Steak frites is a beloved French classic, celebrated for its robust flavors and elegant simplicity. Our take features a well-marbled skirt steak, expertly grilled to medium rare, allowing you to adjust the doneness to your liking. The steak achieves a perfect char on the outside while remaining tender and juicy inside, seasoned simply with salt and pepper to enhance the natural flavors of the beef and served over a bed of fresh greens and sliced tomatoes. The "frites" in this dish refers to our unique griddle-style pub fries. We start with baked Idaho potatoes, slice them thick, and griddle them in extra virgin olive oil until they're perfectly crispy. A light dusting of kosher salt and pepper finishes these fries, adding just the right touch of seasoning.
This dish, a French bistros and brasseries staple, will become a favorite at your dinner table.
