Steak Carne Asada, Fiesta Black Beans & Rice - NEW

Our Steak Carne Asada, with fiesta black beans and rice is the perfect dinner for a special occasion or a convenient weeknight meal. Generous portions of marinated premium skirt steak, onions, peppers, and tomatoes are grilled and the sauteed in garlic butter, full of authentic Mexican flavor making the best authentic carne asada. Served with a large helping of fiesta black beans and rice. Yum!

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. 

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE.

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350°F degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F degrees (Internal Temperature). Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

Two nights of fajitas

I liked this a lot. We added some lettuce, sour cream, avocado, and Tortillas to make some yummy fajitas. I wish I knew their secret to making beef steak so tender.

Fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic! Just another hit out of the ballpark with this one! Again, I wish they would add tortillas but not a big deal to add my own. Great flavor great rice and beans. Just add your own chips, salsa and tortillas and you have a fantastic meal! definitely on my repeat orders.
