Our Southern-Style Fried Chicken, Hash Brown Casserole, and English Peas makes a classic and comforting meal that is hearty and delicious. We start with large bone-in chicken breasts with a chicken wing and marinate overnight in our classic garlic house seasoning marinate. We flash fry in canola oil for a crispy outside that locks in all the juicy flavors and finish in the over for a tender on the inside. Served with “brag worthy” Hash Brown Casserole: This creamy, cheesy casserole is made with shredded potatoes, cream, butter, flour, sharp cheddar cheese, finely chopped onions. It’s baked until golden and bubbly. We finish this delicious plate with simple and fresh buttered English peas, that are steamed or lightly buttered for a subtle sweetness that balances the richness of the fried chicken and casserole.
