Southern Fried Steak, Bacon Crusted Mac & Green Beans - Front Porch Pantry

Southern Fried Steak, Ritz Bacon Crusted Mac & Cheese, Green Beans

Rendering loop-subscriptions

Country-fried steak done the way every Southern diner wishes it could be: hand-breaded, golden-fried, and finished with a ladle of real country gravy.

We take a tender beef cutlet, hand-bread it in seasoned flour, and fry it until the crust is deeply golden and satisfying. The country gravy is made in-house, rich and creamy, built for smothering over the steak or mopping up on the side. The mac and cheese is scratch-made, loaded with crispy bacon crumbles, and topped with a buttery Ritz cracker and breadcrumb crust that bakes into something far better than ordinary. Seasoned green beans round out the plate for a complete, homestyle Southern dinner.

This is the kind of easy family dinner that makes everyone at the table happy. Its real. Its Southern comfort food at its best. And it comes with zero dishes to clean up after. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

Enjoyed this dish. The southern fried steak was HUGE! It fed three people!

The steak was tender and was huge. Can't go wrong with this one

Excellent meal. Steak is HUGE. Easily provides two meals. Microwaved this meal first time. Will use oven or air fryer for second meal. Other reviews indicate a crispy coating can be obtained in oven or air fryer. My only suggestion is more gravy!! The steak is so big the gravy provided is not enough.

We will be buying this again, it was devious. The meat was so tender and enough for another meal.

Really good! Reheated it in the AirFryer on bake, covered with foil. This way worked fine..except the Mac/Cheese did stick a bit to the container bottom. I removed the foil the last 5 minutes and that helped the crust get crispy. My only complaint is there was not enough gravy for this Texas gal!
