You will love this new recipe! We start by pan-searing seasoned beef short ribs to lock in all the savory goodness before slow-cooking them for hours with fresh herbs and our special house seasonings. The result? Rich, flavorful, and fork-tender short ribs that melt in your mouth. We finish them with a luscious beef au jus gravy made from the pan drippings for that extra depth of flavor. Served with creamy golden Yukon mashed potatoes and sweet candied carrots roasted in brown sugar, butter, and a hint of cinnamon, this hearty, comforting dish is pure food bliss. It's the perfect family pleaser!
Don't forget to add our homemade buttermilk biscuits to your order!
