    A from-scratch chocolate cake made the way home bakers have always done it, ready in your fridge for when the sweet tooth calls. 

    Each slice is baked from a classic recipe built on pantry staples done right: butter, flour, eggs, sugar, rich cocoa powder, vanilla, and just enough leavening for a tender, moist crumb. The finishing touch is a generous layer of homemade buttercream that is sweet, creamy, and made entirely in our kitchen.

    Better than the free cakes which used be
    varied a not the constant yellow cake w/Gheridelli iceing. Appreciate a little change.

    The Homemade Chocolate Cake was everything I had hoped it would be - moist and full of chocolate! My husband and I divided it over two nights because it was SO rich, although I'm sure we could have forced ourselves to eat it all in one sitting. Pair it with coffee or milk and you can't go wrong. We will order this again.
