We combine shrimp with white rice, eggplant, bacon and green onions in a light sauce, topped with Parmesan Cheese and toasted Panko bread crumbs.

Preheat oven to 350, bring to room temperature.  Remove the lid. Heat for 15-20 minutes until desired temperature is reached.
