Savory Beef Tips & Pasta in a Mushroom Gravy

Savory Beef Tips & Pasta in a Mushroom Gravy

Few things satisfy like a slow-cooked beef and gravy dish that has had the time it deserves to come together.

We start with chuck roast, dusted and seared in a cast iron skillet for a deep, caramelized crust, then slow-cooked until the beef breaks down into tender, pull-apart tips. Those tips are simmered in a rich mushroom brown gravy built from sautéed mushrooms, savory beef broth, a touch of cream, and a blend of fresh herbs and spices. The whole thing is served over buttered fettuccine, cooked al dente.

This is the kind of fresh comfort that is perfect for a busy weeknight or when you want to send a meal to someone who needs a home-cooked dinner. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

This is one of my husband's favorites because there is always plenty of beef tips. I like it too. I just add a salad & we have a great meal for 2 people.

This dish was good but a bit “heavy” and the meat could have been more tender. My husband enjoyed it more than I did, and the portions were so large that he got to eat leftovers!

Never received the beef tips, somehow a hamburger steak meal was substituted. Tasted good, but not what I ordered.

Good but could have a thicker sauce as it didn’t stick to the noodles at all & the dish could be more generous with mushrooms. As this is a dish I love, a little disappointing.

This was delicious!
