Our fresh organic salmon is basted with basil citrus seasoning and served with our sautéed mushrooms, creamed spinach, pesto over  pappardelle pasta (wide butter noodles), in a light Alfredo sauce, and topped with parmesan cheese. This low fat and low sodium dish, is rich in flavor and generous in size. 

Bring to room temperature and remove lid. Heat in oven on 350° for 20-30 minutes or until desired heat is reached. Fish is cooked rare**
