Rustic Style Chicken Marsala & Veggies - Lower Carb

Our rustic style chicken marsala is a lower carb, savory dish made with tender, sliced boneless grilled chicken breasts served with sautéed mushrooms and a creamy, Marsala wine sauce. Served with sautéed veggies.

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove condiments and sauce containers.

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE.

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350°F degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F degrees (Internal Temperature). Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

Delicioso

Everything about this meal was good...the meat, the sauce, the fat slices of mushroom. We had this for lunch and didn't even need all the veggies (our puppies got a couple of bites of leftover zucchini). Sometimes I find marsala to be overly rich and heartburn-inducing, but this really was delicious. Not too salty, great flavor. We will order this one again.

The veggies in this meal

The veggies in this meal was awesome. The sauce was good. I would have liked for the chicken to be cut in smaller pieces. It was a delicious dinner.

Chicken Marsala is always good but vegetables are overwhelmed with squash and zucchini. Would like other veggie options

So dar. All your main meals are very good. However. I do not car for your veggies. The broccoli is ok but the zucchini and other veggies are not good at all. Usually eat the main meal and throw the veggies away.
