This is a wonderful dish with amazing flavors! Marinated and grilled chicken is sliced and smothered in a rich and robust portabello mushroom gravy. The addition of the portabello mushrooms give this gravy an earthy nutty undertone that creates an outstanding flavor. Served with delicate olive oil angel hair pasta and sauteed spinach. Be sure to add our delicious French rolls to complement this meal.
A little fun fact: How do you spell portabello or portobello? Great question! In the matter of portabella versus portobello, both spellings are used. However, the 'Mushroom Council' has adopted the "a" version :)
