Front Porch delivers the best quesadillas. This new recipe will be one of your favorites. We start with top tier choice ribeye steak, cook on a flat top griddles with onions and peppers seasoned with our house seasonings. The steak is thinly sliced and loaded on flour tortillas with onions, peppers, pico de gallo and Monterey Jack cheese and provolone. Three loaded flour tortillas to cut into 6 quesadillas are served with queso blanco and three salsa packets.
For best results: Add one tablespoons of oil to a non stick pan. Heat on medium until crisp. Turn Quesadillas over after approximately five minutes to crisp second side.
Can be heated in the microwave.
