Peppercorn Beef Tenderloin, Fried Mushroom, Garlic Potatoes

We cut our filet mignons from a center cut, top tier, choice angus beef tenderloin. We source the highest tier of choice beef, our butcher rates this a prime cut. This is why we can offer such an amazing tender and juicy filet mignon at an amazing price to you. We grilled your steak medium rare, lightly seasoned, and top with garlic herb butter. Our juicy beef tenderloins are marinated overnight, grilled, sliced, and smothered in a peppercorn sauce made from butter, shallots, mushrooms, garlic, beef broth, cognac and seasonings. Served with fried mushrooms, roasted potatoes

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove Condiments and Sauce containers.
Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE 
Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

The beef was cooked to the degree of warmness we enjoy. The potatoes and mushrooms were good aaccessorizors. I would have loved more mushrooms and gravy. We added our own gravy tomake sure the meat was not dry.

Great meal with lots of tender beef. Love mushrooms with my “steak” and there were plenty of them too. The potatoes are always good and this dish had extra gravy to pour over it all. A definite reorder.
