    A classic Italian favorite, our Pasta alla Vodka features tender penne pasta tossed in garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil and enveloped in a rich, creamy marinara sauce. Made with vine-ripe tomatoes, a splash of vodka, and a touch of heavy cream and butter, the sauce is perfectly balanced with sautéed shallots, fresh garlic, basil, and signature Italian seasonings, topped with Parmesan-Reggiano. The result is a creamy, savory dish with layers of flavor—comforting, elegant, and absolutely irresistible. It's delicious and conveniently delivered to your front porch.

    Preheat oven to 350°, bring to room temperature.  Heat for 15-20 minutes or until desired temperature is reached or microwave in thirty second intervals until desired heat is reached.
