If jambalaya and pasta ever sat down to dinner together in New Orleans, this is exactly what they would have made.
A Louisiana classic with a fresh twist, pastalaya swaps traditional jambalaya rice for buttery, al dente spaghetti pasta without losing any of the soul. Tender shrimp, juicy chicken, and savory smoked sausage are tossed together in a rich, mildly spicy Cajun cream sauce and finished with grated Parmesan and fresh Italian parsley for a complete, deeply flavored Creole plate.
This is that kind of Southern food that works equally well for a festive weekend spread or a satisfying solo dinner for one. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
