Tomato Basil Soup

This is a perfect soup for lunch or dinner, A delicious medley of vine ripe tomatoes, spices and garlic all simmered in a rich broth made with leeks, onions, basil and Italian herbs and spices pureed with cream, butter to create this hearty bisque. 

Lift lid and heat in microwave in thirty second intervals until desired heat is reached.
