Off the Kabob Chicken, Vegetables, Spinach Sauté - Lower Carb

Grilled juicy, tender chicken breasts and vibrant, fresh, crisp vegetables and sweet peppers are served over spinach sauté (Not on the kabob)

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove Condiments and Sauce containers.
Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE 
Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

Good, but very heavy on

Good, but very heavy on green and red peppers. A lot of water in the mix. One large whole spinach leaf. Not as good as other meals they have made.

Healthy!

Love this dish because of how healthy and fresh it tastes. Four stars only because I'm never able to eat the spinach in these dishes - It's usually too soggy for my liking since it's packed and then cooked under the meat. Overall, would love to see more dishes that are healthy like this.
