Birria Style Beef Enchilada Dinner

The rich, slow-braised flavors that made birria a modern Tex-Mex obsession are the foundation of this satisfying enchilada dinner.

We slow-braise beef in a birria-style chili broth layered with warm spices, garlic, and rich beef juices until the meat is completely fork-tender and deeply seasoned throughout. The beef then gets wrapped into soft corn tortillas, smothered in savory enchilada sauce, topped with melted cheese, and baked until bubbly and golden for a plate that delivers real, satisfying depth in every bite.

This hearty meal is perfect for busy weeknights or any time you want a bold, fresh meal that is worth sitting down for. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

It was alright but the crema enchiladas far outshine in flavor and tastiness.

Great meal. Tasted like it was made in a Mexican kitchen. Will order again.
