This dish will be back soon. Explore this week’s menu!
Slow-braised beef done the Tex-Mex way — rich, deeply seasoned, and the kind of dish that takes hours to get right.
Tender chunks of beef chuck roast are slow-simmered with garlic, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and spices until the meat falls apart and the braising liquid thickens into a deep, savory gravy. The meat lands on a bed of fluffy cilantro rice that soaks up every bit of the sauce, then finished with roasted sweet corn off the cob and zucchini for a pop of sweetness and texture in every bite.
This is a deeply satisfying plate fit for busy weeknight dinners or a quick lunch during the week without any of the effort. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
