Moroccan Chermoula Chicken with Veggie Rice Pilaf

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove Condiments and Sauce containers.
Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE 
Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

More please!

Let’s pretend for a minute that everyone isn’t stuck at home and going a little stir crazy. Imagine a guy who lives on his own and although he loves cooking, he works a lot and that gets in the way of that. So he eats out a lot. And because of the hours that often means things out of a bag. Then along comes a friend that gives him a gift card for a place he hadn’t heard of before. He gives it a try. Weeks later he’s enjoying yet another delicious dinner from Front Porch Pantry. He now has favorites and hopes some of them come back around again soon. He eats better, feels better, and may actually be losing a bit of weight. Keep it coming everyone, I want more!

Didn't know what to expect...

...but was very pleasantly surprised. Still not exactly sure what "chermoula" consists of, but it is tasty. And prepared with the same quality and generous portion sizes that we've come to associate with Front Porch Pantry.
