    Amazingly fresh catfish delivered daily from Mississippi. Lightly battered with cornmeal fish fry. Served with hush puppies and crunchy okra. Get this while it last, guaranteed to sell out! Served with remoulade sauce.

    Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove condiments and sauce containers.

    Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE.

    Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350°F degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F degrees (Internal Temperature). Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

    Great dish - I would have liked for the fried okra to not be placed under the fish as the breading tends to slide off when moving food around. Basically needs a larger container so fried food is not stacked on each other. The hush puppies are delicious - great seasoning. Fish is fresh and breading does not overwhelm. One of my favorites.

    Great fish platter.

    Wish there were two fillets! All of it was really good. I put it all in my air fryer for 10 min! Okra was very tasty and generous portion.

    Large piece of fish that was plenty to share for two. Generous amount of fried okra and very tasty hush puppies. I warmed everything separately in my air fryer to ensure a crispy coating.
