Million Dollar Chicken Bake

A delicious recipe from our fabulous Front Porch chefs. A creamy, hearty blend of white meat chicken and rice in a delicious cream sauce made with cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, roasted onions and garlic. Topped with crispy buttery panko crumbs and poppy seeds.

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

This one is a winner! Absolutely a favorite and the chicken was so tender and moist and the seasonings perfect and made a great dinner...large portion we had it for dinner and then again for leftovers..we will definitely order this one anytime it's offered! Absolutely great casserole great to keep stocked up on. Baked exactly per instructions we didn't cover it and came out perfect..love it!
