Our tender organic roasted chicken is seasoned with spices, lightly floured with gluten free flour. We pan fry and serve with a side of light white wine sauce, Meyer lemon, and garlic sauce with capers. This is a fantastic recipe that is low in calories and low in sodium. Served with sautéed veggies.

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

Lemony Chicken!

This is very tasty, yet could be a little more lemony. I added a little more fresh lemon juice before heating it up and it was quite nice. Will order again.

Very tasty but personally, I think all the entrees contain way more sodium than necessary. For that reason, I just eat the entrees occasionally. People can add more salt :u1F9C2:if needed.

They have gone to one

They have gone to one chicken breast cut in half instead of 2 like they used to.
That is disappointing. I wish they would drop the price to 1. The flavor still good.
