Mexican Style Pulled Pork Quesadillas, Queso, Salsa

You will love our Mexican style pulled pork quesadillas. We slow roast pork shoulder creating a delicious caramelized crust and slow cook for hours to achieve maximum tenderness. Loaded in three flour tortillas with sautéd onions, peppers, fresh herbs, pico topped with cheese, served with queso blanco dip and salsa packets. Three flour tortillas are loaded to make six quesadilla triangles.

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

Tasty!

These were tasty as is, but I had some guacamole and some pineapple salsa in the fridge, which really put them over the top. I would order these again.

Very good pork. Queso had a nice little zing to it. They look more like tacos than quesadillas, but the taste is outstanding no matter what you call them.
