Very good! Just spicy enough for those that can’t take the heat as well as we that like the spice - I did serve chopped jalapeños with it. Served with tortilla chips! And bought again last week! Three people ate and had enough to serve one person next day!

Really, really good! I ate mine with flour tortillas because I was out of chips. e serving size was generous and the flavor was good -- not too hot. I think I'll make a kind of casserole with the 2nd serviing, layering it with tortillas in a baking dish.

Love this Queso. I browned the brisket in pan instead of mixing in with cheese. That way I could make brisket nachos or tacos with it. Queso is perfect.

I added a little water to make it easier to mix all the ingredients. It was wonderful with tortilla chips, but would be great with warm corn or flour tortillas, too. I'll order this whenever it's available.
