Lemon Crunch Chicken, Yukon Potatoes, Broccoli

Lemon Crunch Chicken, Yukon Potatoes, Broccoli

Bright citrus, golden crust, and real Parmesan: this chicken dinner makes a Tuesday feel like an occasion!

We coat chicken tenderloins in a blend of fresh lemon zest, finely grated Parmesan, and panko breadcrumbs, then oven-fry each piece until the exterior is deeply golden and the center stays tender and juicy. The crust carries that punch of citrus and savory cheese in every bite. On the side, Yukon Gold potatoes are tossed in garlic butter until just tender, and fresh broccoli is steamed to a bright, crisp-tender bite.

This meal is built for weeknight family dinners or a satisfying meal prep option when you want fresh home cooked meals ready to heat without the cleanup. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

The chicken and broccoli are always delicious. The Yukon potatoes needed a little help. They were bland, so I added melted butter, salt, pepper & dill weed. I was a bit disappointed because the photo shows multiple lemon slices, but the meal only comes with one. Nothing in this meal tasted like lemon except the actual lemon.

Too much broccoli and it had a strong taste. Would have preferred more potatoes and less broccoli. Chicken was wonderful.

Great flavored chicken and potatoes. I always microwave all the dinners for 4 minutes and the broccoli is rarely done enough to bite. I realize us older folks with dentures have issues with many foods, but we need our veggies too.

Not a fan of the breading on chicken.
