Our BBQ Chicken and BBQ Sausage Platter is a mouthwatering combination of grilled chicken and sausage, basted in delicious barbecue sauce. The platter features a generous half of a chicken (breast and leg quarter), that has been marinated, seasoned and slow-smoked until tender and juicy.
The chicken is basted with a flavorful barbecue sauce while cooking to infuse it with smoky, sweet, and tangy flavors. Alongside the chicken, the platter includes savory smoked sausage grilled to perfection, seasoned with spices that complement the barbecue flavors. Your hearty BBQ sits on a bed of family-pleasing BBQ baked beans. This dish is a meat lover's dream come true. Double and triple up on this early in the week. We will be smoking and grilling a limited quantity.
Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove Condiments and Sauce containers.
Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE
Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.
