You will love our Korean BBQ Stir Fry loaded with grilled chicken, red and white quinoa and brown rice, green garbanzo bean, vegetables. This is a super healthy dish that is gluten-free and non-GMO.
MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot. Let stand for 2 minutes. Cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Stir before serving.
Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven.
DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE
