This dish will be back soon. Explore this week’s menu!
Few casseroles carry the legacy of King Ranch Chicken, and this one earns every bit of that reputation.
We start with juicy grilled chicken breast and layer it with corn tortillas in a creamy, cheesy sauce and warm Southwest spices, then bake it until bubbly and golden on top for that signature casserole pull.
This is the kind of fresh comfort food made for feeding the family on a weeknight or packing into the week as a hearty meal prep anchor you will actually look forward to. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
