Indulge in the comforting flavors of the South with our signature Kickin' Honey Chicken, served with fantastic roadhouse green beans and potatoes. We combine the traditional Southern taste with a health-conscious twist. We brine chicken breasts, soak them in buttermilk and honey, lightly dredge them in seasoned flour, and pan-fry in canola oil to crisp the outside. We finish cooking in the oven, creating a crisp outer crust and tender, moist center—a healthy way to enjoy your favorite chicken. We serve with our version of Roadhouse green beans and potatoes, tender green beans, baby potatoes, smoky bacon, and sweet onions perfectly combined in this irresistibly classic southern side dish. Whether you are looking for a formal Sunday dinner or a casual weeknight supper, there is a recipe for you!
