Kansas City BBQ Meatloaf With Candied Glazed Carrots

Kansas City BBQ Meatloaf, Candied Glazed Carrots, Onions, Potatoes

Kansas City BBQ is famous for one thing above all else: that deep, sweet, smoky sauce that makes everything it touches taste like a backyard cookout.

In this dish, ground beef is seasoned with classic spices, then folded with sautéed celery, garlic, bell peppers, and onions before being generously finished with sweet Kansas City BBQ sauce for that signature sticky, caramelized glaze. Alongside the meatloaf sits a plate of candied glazed carrots and onions, plus creamy mashed potatoes to pull the whole meal together.

This meal works perfectly for Sunday lunch, a weeknight family dinner, or anytime the table needs something hearty and satisfying. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

Always like your meatloaf. Liked the glazed carrots

Your beef meals are always delicious and seem to be better than a lot of your chicken meals - esp those served with pasta. You wind up freezing those meals and the pasta never tastes as fresh after freezing.

We have tried different kinds of meatloaf, but this one is our favorite. The carrots, onions, & potatoes complete a very tasty meal.
