A center cut juicy filet mignon steak, grilled to perfection, marinated with herbs and special seasonings.  Mouth watering juices are sealed in each savory, tender bite. Served with creamy cheesy scalloped potatoes and our delicious boozy bourbon bacon jam on the side. Our bacon bourbon jam is made with Applewood smoked bacon, onions, brown sugar, pure maple syrup, sherry wine and of course Kentucky bourbon. (Remove jam before heating). Add our French Rolls and dip in the jam! We cut our filet mignons from a center cut, top tier, choice angus beef tenderloin. We source the highest tier of choice beef, our butcher rates this a prime cut. This is why we can offer such an amazing tender and juicy filet mignon at an amazing price to you.
