Get ready to savor and sink your fork into tender, slow-cooked BBQ smoked brisket.
We season our brisket generously, then smoke it low and slow until it develops a bold, smoky bark and a juicy interior. Each slice melts in your mouth, infused with layers of bold barbecue flavor and just the right hint of sweet and savory caramelization. Paired alongside buttery mashed potatoes whipped to a creamy finish, and crisp-tender green beans sautéed with garlic and olive oil, this is a complete Southern-style plate with nothing missing.
Built for feeding a hungry family on a weeknight or setting out a proper Sunday spread without spending all day in the kitchen, this is the kind of fresh comfort food that earns a standing place in your weekly rotation. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
