Introducing a comforting new entree— Italian Meatballs, Creamy Polenta, Rustic Marinara. We start with a savory blend of tender ground beef and Italian sausage, perfectly seasoned with fresh herbs, garlic, and a hint of nutmeg. These four large meatballs are slow-simmered in a rustic marinara made from vine-ripe tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and a medley of fresh Italian herbs, cooked for hours to develop a deep, rich flavor. This dish is served over a generous portion of creamy polenta, balancing the boldness of the sauce with its smooth, buttery texture, topped with delicate shavings of parmesan cheese, adding a subtle richness, completed with a side of sautéed broccoli for a burst of freshness. The ultimate Italian feast, this meal promises a comforting and indulgent experience, made to warm the soul!

Nice Change

I liked the polenta for a change of carbohydrates. The meat balls had a bit too much filling and not enough meat. The overall dish was tasty.

Different take on Meatballs

I enjoyed this dish. I had never had with Polenta, I felt like it could use more flavoring. Meatballs were excellent.
