Hometown Country Meatloaf with Onions & Potatoes

Hometown Country Meatloaf, Caramelized Onions and Pub-Style Potatoes

Few meals carry the kind of comfort that a proper homestyle meatloaf brings to the table.

We blend premium ground beef with fresh herbs and seasonings, shape it by hand, and bake it until juicy all the way through. The meatloaf is smothered in a rich, scratch-made brown gravy and topped with slow-caramelized onions that bring a natural sweetness to every savory bite. On the side, golden pub-style potatoes are seasoned and roasted until the edges crisp up beautifully, rounding out a plate that feels genuinely homemade.

This comfort dish is perfect for feeding the family on a weeknight or sending to someone who could use a real home-cooked meal. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

We have had this before, but it was in one tray with everything mixing as it cooked. This time it was in a divided tray and the flavors were easy to recognize.

The flavor is very good - filling and feeds two people!

It was very good....probably order again sometime.

The meatloaf is rather bland and the onions are not caramelized but the sauce and potatoes are delicious
