Hill Country Smoky Brisket Enchilada Dinner

Hill Country Smoky Brisket Enchilada Dinner

Rendering loop-subscriptions

These are the enchiladas that prove Texas BBQ and Tex-Mex were always meant to share a plate.

We slow-smoke our briskets over hickory wood, seasoned with Mexican spices, until the meat is fall-apart tender and deeply flavored. Each corn tortilla is dipped in a mild guajillo sauce, then loaded with buttery mashed potatoes, shredded smoky brisket, and pico de gallo, rolled and topped with a savory red enchilada sauce and a melted blend of Monterey Jack, cheddar, and queso fresco. Fresh green onions, cilantro, and parsley finish every plate. Served with Mexican rice and beans for a complete, hearty meal.

This fresh prepared meal is built for family dinners, game day spreads, or any night you want real Hill Country flavor without leaving the house. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
