Marinated with garlic and a hint of lime, tender strip steak is fire-grilled and seared to perfection. Generous portions of thinly sliced steak combined with Monterey Jack cheese are stuffed in 6" flour tortillas. Place in a nonstick pan to grill the quesadillas until brown. The juicy slices of steak become smothered in warm creamy cheese. Enjoy!
Preheat oven to 350°, bring to room temperature. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until desired temperature is reached or microwave in thirty second intervals until desired heat is reached.
