Lower Carb - Grilled Chicken Parmesan and Vegetable

Our tender grilled chicken is seasoned with spices and sliced. We top with our Italian Marinara sauce, Italian cheeses, parmesan cheese. This is a fantastic recipe that is low in calories and low in sodium, served over spinach, with vegetables 

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

I loved the veggie selection, but the chicken just didn't heat up as well as the breaded parm entree. I'll just go with that meal next time - the carbs are worth it!

So Good and Fresh

I ordered the Chicken Parm, Roast beef, and chicken picatta. None of them disappointed in terms of portions, freshness, taste, and easy to heat and eat. So many selections to choose from and I like the fact and can choose my entrees without having to take a "box" of food. That is a huge plus for me. I picked up myself in Carrollton, TX and the process was safe and efficient. Would definitely order again from Front Porch Pantry.
