Nothing tastes better for lunch or dinner than our Gouda Mushroom Bacon Burger!
Uptown, downtown, any town our wood grilled burgers will be your favorite. They are hand made with ground chuck, we season our patties with our house seasoning. This wood fired grilled patty and gouda cheese are topped with sauteed mushrooms, onions, Apple Smoked bacon perched in our rustic brioche bun.
Note: This is a single hamburger (single serving). Does not come with fries.
Remove hamburger patty from bun. Heat patty in a skillet on medium for 2 minutes on each side until desired temperature. Or heat patty in the microwave for 1 minute then thirty seconds intervals. Heat to 165 degrees. Heat the bun on white parchment paper in a preheated oven on 350° for 10 minutes or until desired heat is reached.
