This is an amazing fresh catch, order while supplies last. We baked each filet with garlic lemon butter, herbs and low sodium seasonings. Served with seasonal fresh veggies over spinach. We will limit our total orders due to the fact we must commit to our suppliers early.

Our Mahi-mahi is sustainably supplied from Costa Rica. It is flown in fresh to our kitchen just days before it is delivered to your front porch. We suggest enjoying this dish fresh and first when you recieve your weekly order. If you prefer to freeze, this dish is freezer friendly but must be frozen upon arrival. Mahi Mahi is  widely known as dorado (mahi-mahi) peaks from October to January when water temperatures drop near the shore of Costa Rica and Panamá. During Mahi season, small near shore artisanal boats focus on Mahi and catch fish one by one by hand line. All of our Mahi is sampled by our quality control team to make sure it meets best standards of quality and freshness.
