Juicy tender beef tenderloin is marinated in garlic, house herbs and spices creating the perfect flavor and unbelievable tenderness, seared and basted with cognac garlic butter glaze. This delicious dish is served "off the kabob" and paired with au gratin potatoes and seasonal veggies.

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove condiments and sauce containers. Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE. Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350°F degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F degrees (Internal Temperature). Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

Great dish. Tender delicious beef, creamy au gratin potatoes and mixed vegetables of carrots, broccoli, zucchini and squash. Very large serving of beef. A nice well balanced meal which we will reorder.

The Potatoes Were Fantastic!

This was decent steak. It wasn't as good as I was expecting it to be. However, there was a TON of steak! Enough for 4 meals. The potatoes were DELICIOUS and I wish there was more of them, and the veggies weren't good at all.

Love the steak! Meat is always tender and juicy. The au gratin potatoes are so cheesy and delicious! I like they the include a nice vegetable in the meal like fresh broccoli.
