Indulge in the exquisite flavors of our tender top choice prime New York steak, a dish that promises a culinary experience like no other. We start by marinating the steak in a delightful blend of garlic, olive oil, Monterey seasonings, and our house seasonings. This marinade infuses the meat with savory notes, enhancing its natural juiciness and tenderness. Once marinated, the steak is grilled to perfection, ensuring a succulent flavorful and smoky taste profile. We crown the steak with a delectable herb garlic butter and a dollop of garlic aioli. We serve the steak with grilled onions and roasted vegetables. The grilled onions offer a sweet and slightly caramelized contrast to the savory steak, while the roasted vegetables provide a wholesome and nourishing element to the dish. This combination not only adds vibrant colors to your plate but also ensures a healthy and hearty dining experience.
